There are a number of ways you can donate . . .

• Simply follow the steps below to donate online. You will receive a confirmation via email once your donation has been processed.
• To set up monthly credit card donations or monthly debits from your checking account by filling out the Electronic Giving Form & faxing it back to Greg at 626.817.4608. If you have questions, contact Greg Helton, Development Director, 626.817.4508 or gregh@lakeave.org and he will help you complete the paperwork.
