STARS PROGRAM LEADERS
Lake Avenue Community Foundation seeks to employ two part-time STARS Program Leaders. Under the supervision of the Associate Director, and working alongside the STARS Program Managers, Program Leaders will provide general front-line program support for the STARS After-School program.
Individuals must have a deep commitment to the mission and values of Lake Avenue Community Foundation. It is preferred that the candidate is currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational program and preferably a local alumnus of Pasadena schools. The candidate should enjoy and have the ability to effectively interact with students from the local public school district, parents, and individuals from diverse socio-economic/ethnic groups. In addition, candidate should demonstrate a high level of personal integrity, self-motivation and possess a desire for excellence. Spanish-speaking ability is also a plus, but not required.
